Evergreen Elementary School will hold in-person Parent/Teacher Conferences at the school on Monday, November 4 from 4:20-8:20 PM, Thursday, November 7 from 4:20-7:20 PM, and Thursday, November 14 from 4:20-7:20 PM. This year, you will sign up for conferences through PowerSchool (see guide below). The scheduling window will be open from Monday, October 7 at 6:00 AM to Wednesday, October 30 at 3:00 PM.

You can sign up for conferences with your child’s homeroom teacher and specials (art, music, technology, and physical education) teachers in one form: Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-up Form (Grade-Level Teachers). If your child receives additional support from other staff members (reading, speech, multilingual, and special education), you will be able to sign up for a conference with those staff members in a separate form: Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-up Form (Support Staff). Once you sign up for your conference(s) in PowerSchool, please add the date(s) and time(s) to your personal calendar.

A parent/teacher conference with your child’s homeroom teacher is required for each child. If none of the dates and times noted above work for you, please contact your child’s teacher directly to arrange a separate conference time. Note that conference times outside of those advertised above are limited to before and after school and are not available during the school day.

Each conference is limited to 20 minutes and conferences are scheduled back-to-back. Please ensure you arrive at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled conference time to keep conferences running smoothly. Staff will be stationed at the main entrance and will assist in directing you to your conference(s).
