The Benjamin-Evergreen PTA is sponsoring a fundraising event with the Chicago Steel hockey team on Saturday, January 11. They will take on the Green Bay Gamblers at 6:05 PM at the Fox Valley Ice Arena at 1996 S. Kirk Road, Geneva, IL. White Zone tickets are offered for $15.00 each using offer code BEPTA, and $5.00 from every ticket purchase will benefit the PTA! Scan the QR code in the flyer to purchase tickets. Parking is FREE for all home games! Invite family and friends for a post-holiday get-together.

The Benjamin-Evergreen PTA is hosting a fun family-friendly event called Candy Bar Bingo on Wednesday, January 22 from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Evergreen large gym. All ages are welcome! Save it to your calendar so you don't forget. Here's how it works:
Everyone brings at least one (1) full-sized candy bar as their entrance fee
For each full-sized candy bar you bring, you will receive a bingo card
The winner of each bingo game gets to choose a candy bar or pencil from the prize table
Please be aware this is NOT a drop-off event. An adult must accompany children. Have questions? Email pta@benjamin25.org.

Welcome to the Benjamin-Evergreen PTA! Our goal is to have full participation from parents, teachers, and administrators of District 25. By joining the PTA, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment for both Benjamin Middle School and Evergreen Elementary School. Your PTA membership will help to continue the various events, activities, and school enhancements that the PTA sponsors.
Directory
Directory and Membership Card
Each year the PTA offers a family directory for paid PTA members. For 2024-2025, the directory will be available online through a google form and document. Please look out for a welcome email when you become a member and complete the information that you want to be included in the directory. This directory is dependent on each family creating their own profile with information.
You can also print your PTA membership card on GiveBacks (formerly MemberHub).

Birthday Wish on the Marquee at Evergreen or Benjamin!
This year we introduced a new fund raiser at Evergreen Elementary. For a $20 donation to the PTA, we will post your child's name on the Marquee out side Evergreen or Benjamin on their birthday. It has had a great response and we are excited to continue it! If you would like to participate, use the link below to print the form! Forms need to be returned to the office no later than 1 week before the date you selected.
Fundraising
Sadly, Amazon Smile is gone now. We are looking for more completely passive ways to raise money for the PTA. If you are interested in helping with fundraising please contact Kristi Schroeder.
