UPCOMING EVENTS
It's time to get the creative juices flowing to help the PTA by designing their logo for the 2025-26 school year!
All Evergreen Elementary and Benjamin Middle School students are invited to create an original logo for the Benjamin-Evergreen PTA that represents both schools. Logo contest forms will be sent home via backpack mail, but are also available in the school offices or linked here.
Submissions should be returned to the school offices by Wednesday, May 14! The contest winner will receive a spirit wear item from their school and recognition during the May 20 PTA meeting!
Parents, we know you love to help, and you are truly wonderful at that, but please let the students do the illustrations for this contest.

Welcome to the Benjamin-Evergreen PTA! Our goal is to have full participation from parents, teachers, and administrators of District 25. By joining the PTA, you join a community that encourages student achievement and enriches the learning environment for both Benjamin Middle School and Evergreen Elementary School. Your PTA membership will help to continue the various events, activities, and school enhancements that the PTA sponsors.
Directory
Directory and Membership Card
Each year the PTA offers a family directory for paid PTA members. For 2024-2025, the directory will be available online through a google form and document. Please look out for a welcome email when you become a member and complete the information that you want to be included in the directory. This directory is dependent on each family creating their own profile with information.
You can also print your PTA membership card on GiveBacks (formerly MemberHub).

Birthday Wish on the Marquee at Evergreen or Benjamin!
This year we introduced a new fund raiser at Evergreen Elementary. For a $20 donation to the PTA, we will post your child's name on the Marquee out side Evergreen or Benjamin on their birthday. It has had a great response and we are excited to continue it! If you would like to participate, use the link below to print the form! Forms need to be returned to the office no later than 1 week before the date you selected.
Fundraising
Sadly, Amazon Smile is gone now. We are looking for more completely passive ways to raise money for the PTA. If you are interested in helping with fundraising please contact Kristi Schroeder.
